This project involved the interior design of a 275 m² floor within Sheikh Hamdan’s private villa in Barka, Oman. The residence forms part of a family compound comprising a main villa for the client and six additional villas for his children. The design scope focused exclusively on one floor of the main residence.
Responding to the owner’s request, the interior follows a modern, minimalist approach. The design balances the character of a luxury home with simplicity, visual clarity, and comfortable everyday living.
The architectural direction prioritises clean lines, restrained detailing, and a cohesive composition. Luxury is expressed through proportion, spatial quality, and carefully considered finishes, creating an understated residential environment tailored to the owner’s preferences.
